Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Shift Type: Days

Shift Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week guaranteed

Salary Range: $75,000 - $93,000 annually (dependent on experience)

Position Overview:

Join a mission-driven dialysis team committed to improving the quality of life for chronic patients. As a Dialysis RN, you will lead patient care by supervising treatment sessions, overseeing patient care technicians, and building lasting relationships with patients and their families. This is a relationship-focused and impactful leadership role within the dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor dialysis treatments for assigned patients
• Supervise and support patient care technicians
• Take charge RN responsibilities during scheduled shifts
• Perform assessments, manage dialysis access, and document care in the EMR
• Ensure safety, comfort, and care quality throughout the dialysis process
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning and patient support

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of chronic dialysis experience
• Charge RN experience in a dialysis setting
• Willingness and ability to assume charge nurse duties
• Familiarity with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) systems and EMR platforms
• Active Registered Nurse license for the state of Wisconsin
• BLS certification
