Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Location: Greenvale, NY

Schedule: Days | Monday through Friday, 5x8s

Pay Rate: $39-$43 per hour

Shifts: No nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. This role supports surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and assisting surgeons during operations. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or holiday shifts, creating an excellent work-life balance.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program (Technical Diploma required)
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting
• At least 1 year of orthopedic surgical experience
• New graduates will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a surgical technologist role
• Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
