Job Title: Multimodality Technologist
Location: Marble Falls, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Evening Shifts (40 hours per week)
Shift: 5 shifts per week, variable evening shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
Hourly Rate: $25 - $36 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in 3 installments within 18 months)

We are seeking a dedicated Multimodality Technologist to join our radiology team in Marble Falls, TX. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality multimodality procedures, following exam protocols in a timely manner.
- Use AIDET communication principles to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort during procedures.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Ensure compliance with infection-control, drug, and radiation policies and maintain sterile techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including patient history, pregnancy status, and other relevant data.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues for timely resolution.
- Assist in maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Provide quality training and mentorship to new team members and contribute to cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Certification/License:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), unless the role is MRI and Ultrasound.
- Must be certified in two imaging modalities by ARRT or ARDMS.
