Job Title: Multimodality Technologist

Location: Marble Falls, TX

Schedule: Full-Time, Evening Shifts (40 hours per week)

Shift: 5 shifts per week, variable evening shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)

Hourly Rate: $25 - $36 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in 3 installments within 18 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality multimodality procedures, following exam protocols in a timely manner.
  • Use AIDET communication principles to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort during procedures.
  • Prepare patients and equipment for procedures while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with infection-control, drug, and radiation policies and maintain sterile techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including patient history, pregnancy status, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues for timely resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Provide quality training and mentorship to new team members and contribute to cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
  • Certification/License:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
  • Licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), unless the role is MRI and Ultrasound.
  • Must be certified in two imaging modalities by ARRT or ARDMS.
