Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, the Department of Corrections, and home health environments. The ideal candidate will perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent images. The role involves rotating weekends and holidays and may require overtime depending on the case load.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process X-rays using portable DR or CR radiography equipment.
- Transmit images to a radiologist for interpretation.
- Unload, set up, and maintain portable X-ray equipment at various facilities.
- Perform EKGs as needed and submit them to a cardiologist for interpretation.
- Maintain daily scanning of exam-related paperwork and billing documents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and facility staff.
- Ensure vehicle and X-ray equipment are properly maintained.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to push/pull between 50100 lbs using ramps and pulleys.
- When pushing/pulling equipment in facilities or homes, the weight may increase. 50 lbs of force (or more) may be required 16 to 24 times a day.

Qualifications:
- Maintain required state licenses and ARRT certification.
- Valid drivers license in good standing.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions with documentation available).
