Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Pinole, California

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Bonuses:

  • Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance

Job Overview:

This full-time position involves working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing high-quality care to an average of 14 patients per day. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with access to continuing education and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of patients physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer treatments to help improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and prevention techniques.
  • Supervise and mentor students or support staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and advances in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligible for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
