Job Title: PT Center Manager

Location: Sacramento, California

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Bonuses:

  • Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
  • Center Managers can earn an annual bonus up to 8% of yearly earnings.

Job Overview:

The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, providing patient care, and mentoring clinical staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the clinics operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, treating an average of 14 patients per day.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
  • Mentor and supervise clinical staff, including foreign-trained applicants, guiding them through the licensure process.
  • Monitor clinic performance and collaborate with staff to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development programs to stay current with industry trends.
  • Manage clinic scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day operational duties.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligible for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
