Salary Range Midpoint: $39.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a pediatric care team in Peterborough, NH. This full-time position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients within an outpatient office setting. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and provide family-centered care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for pediatric patients.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and execute patient care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, in accordance with hospital protocols.
  • Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Guide and supervise clinical support staff such as LPNs and Medical Assistants in delivering delegated care.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient medical records.
  • Advocacy & Support: Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and families.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuing education to maintain best practices and clinical excellence.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
