Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Location: Irving, Texas

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Shifts Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Hourly Rate: $32 - $53 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care for all ages, including triage, monitoring, and treatment of high and low acuity patients
  • Rotate through various areas of the Emergency Department based on training and experience
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
  • Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and education
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room or specialty experience
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
