Job Title: RN - ICU

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $30.00 - $41.89 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join the ICU team. You will provide exceptional patient care, assist with procedures, administer medications, document observations, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Requirements:

• Associates degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Colorado RN license.
• AHA and BLS certifications (required upon hire).
• ICU RNs must hold ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and notify the physician of significant changes.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout care.
