Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Eden, TX

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Day Shifts

Annual Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across multiple care settings:
• Outpatient
• Inpatient (Swing bed)
• School-Based (Sports Medicine)
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient evaluations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document treatments using Trubridge EMR system
• Oversee and coordinate PRN staff for weekend and holiday rotations

Requirements

• License: Active Texas PT License (required)
• Education: DPT or Masters in Physical Therapy (required)
• Experience: 35 years preferred, open to new grads
• Skills:
• Broad clinical expertise across outpatient, swing bed, and school-based settings
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
