Job Title: Director of Healthcare Partnerships & Strategy
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $125,000 base + 20%-40% bonus

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Partnerships & Strategy to lead growth, strengthen referral relationships, and expand our home health, hospice, and palliative care presence in the Phoenix market. This role drives strategy, partnerships, and sales performance while ensuring alignment with high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies.
• Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Lead business development activities and oversee KPI performance.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support seamless service delivery.
• Represent the organization at events, health fairs, and community outreach.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of healthcare sales/business development experience (home health or hospice strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
• CRM proficiency (WellSky preferred) and strong financial acumen.
