Job description

- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and FDA regulations
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions
- Document and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and processes
- Conduct regular quality system reviews to identify areas for improvement

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience working in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and current good manufacturing practices (CGMP)
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
