Quality Control Associate

. Job Summary:

The Quality Control associate is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and documenting warehouse and transport operations. The role ensures that all inbound and outbound shipments, inventory kitting, and data entries strictly match customer specifications and regulatory compliance standards in addition to receiving, stocking, inventory management, pulling and shipping customer owned material, including performing all systematic transactions for assigned duties in the appropriate system based on the customer.

Quality Control positions are warehouse-based roles and are not strictly desk-based positions. Candidates selected for these positions must be flexible and willing to support overall warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, and other warehouse functions as operational needs arise.

These positions will require an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and ensure customer requirements and service levels are consistently met.

II. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, ship, select, inventory and store supplies, merchandise, and equipment in the warehouse.

Load and unload item to a more specialist function, such as storing and shipping serialized electronics.

Understand the SLA of the accounts assigned.

Operate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet drivers and hand carts.

Cycle count duties and inventory control.

LTL shipping and TMS understanding of BOL's.

III. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of related experience

Knowledge of storage/handling techniques and safety regulations

Knowledge of warehouse management system

IV. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Forklift certification preferred

3+ years of related experience preferred

Warehouse Location Transition

Candidates should understand that they will initially work at our Coppell warehouse at 306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019. As part of Pegasus Logistics' warehouse operations transition, these positions are expected to move with the operation to our Northlink facility at 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year.

Candidates must be comfortable with this planned location transition and able to work at the Northlink facility when the move occurs.
