Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Sales Executive to execute export marketing and sales strategies for machinery products in international markets. The role involves market research, client relationship management, and negotiation of contracts with international clients, particularly in the printing and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute export marketing and sales strategies to expand market share in international territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on machinery specifications and features based on market insights.
  • Negotiate quotations and contracts with international clients.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market conditions.
  • Manage export sales process, including order processing, logistics coordination, and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Provide regular reports on export sales performance and market activities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation: Any graduate (Male candidates preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in international sales/marketing in machinery, printing, or packaging industries.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory), Hindi or other regional languages (advantageous).
