Job Title: Customer Support Executive US Voice Banking Process

Location:  Noida

Job Highlights:

  • Salary:

    • 40,000 CTC (for candidates with less than 2 years of experience).
    • 45,000 CTC (for candidates with more than 2 years of international voice experience).
  • Shift:

    • Night shifts (must be open to working nights).
    • 5-day work week with rotational offs.
  • Eligibility:

    • Experience:
      • Minimum 6 months international call center experience.
      • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
    • Qualifications:
      • Any undergraduate or graduate degree.
      • Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are eligible.
  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Work Mode:

    • Work-from-office.
    • No cab facility provided.
