Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Networking:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a diverse network of both active and passive candidates across various IT sectors.
- Recruitment Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote job opportunities through multiple channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Candidate Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end candidate assessment process, including resume screening, skills testing, and interviewing.
- Assist in offer negotiation and ensure the timely finalization of job offers and compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Understand the hiring needs and requirements of clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide regular progress reports to the management team, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about hiring trends, best practices, and developments within the IT industry.
- Utilize industry knowledge to guide recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Team Leadership (Optional):
- If applicable, lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical/IT Recruiter, focusing on IT positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
- Experience with major job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine.
- Team handling experience is an advantage.
