Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Networking:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a diverse network of both active and passive candidates across various IT sectors.
  • Recruitment Marketing:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Promote job opportunities through multiple channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Candidate Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end candidate assessment process, including resume screening, skills testing, and interviewing.
    • Assist in offer negotiation and ensure the timely finalization of job offers and compensation packages.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Understand the hiring needs and requirements of clients and hiring managers.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Provide regular progress reports to the management team, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about hiring trends, best practices, and developments within the IT industry.
    • Utilize industry knowledge to guide recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership (Optional):

    • If applicable, lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Technical/IT Recruiter, focusing on IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Experience with major job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine.
  • Team handling experience is an advantage.
