Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Process Associate for our International Voice Process in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a minimum of 8 months of on-paper experience in international customer support voice. The role involves resolving customer queries, complaints, and providing tech support related to telecom and broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls to assist customers with queries and complaints related to telecom and broadband services.
  • Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 months of on-paper experience in international customer support voice.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Education: Any Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
  • Shift: Rotational Night Shifts with two rotational week offs.
  • Age: Up to 35 years.
  • Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided.
  • Location: Hyderabad (Hi-tech City) Candidates must reside within a 25km radius.

Additional Information:

  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred or a maximum of 30 days notice period.
  • Documents Required: Aadhar card, PAN card, Experience letter, Minimum 3 months' pay slips, All educational documents.
  • Bond: No bond requirement.
