Nexgen Hiring Experts is looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development, particularly in international markets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Drive recruitment business by leveraging provided leads and exploring new opportunities to expand our client base.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs, especially in international markets like the Middle East and South Africa, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Discovery Calls: Lead and participate in discovery calls with potential clients, effectively presenting our services and value.
- Sales Negotiation: Prepare persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment industry dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of top-tier candidates.
- Lead Management: Utilize tools like HubSpot to manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work one Saturday or Sunday per month, with a compensatory day off or extra pay.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry. Experience in related service industries is also considered.
- Sales Expertise: Strong domestic and international sales experience, particularly in the Middle East and South Africa markets.
- Client Interaction: Experience handling international clients and conducting discovery calls.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in lead management tools like HubSpot.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Results-Oriented: A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
