Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Drive recruitment business by leveraging provided leads and exploring new opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs, especially in international markets like the Middle East and South Africa, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Discovery Calls: Lead and participate in discovery calls with potential clients, effectively presenting our services and value.
  • Sales Negotiation: Prepare persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment industry dynamics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of top-tier candidates.
  • Lead Management: Utilize tools like HubSpot to manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work one Saturday or Sunday per month, with a compensatory day off or extra pay.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry. Experience in related service industries is also considered.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong domestic and international sales experience, particularly in the Middle East and South Africa markets.
  • Client Interaction: Experience handling international clients and conducting discovery calls.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in lead management tools like HubSpot.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Results-Oriented: A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
