Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product/service offerings based on market feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met consistently.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to track and manage client interactions.
  • Provide leadership to team members, including managing tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales operations and business development expertise.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to generate and manage leads effectively.

  • Experience in banking verification (back office and field) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with sales process management, credit handling, and coaching.
