Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated Pre-Sales Executives/Senior Executives to join our strategic team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in spreading awareness of Narayana One Health's healthcare benefits and involves lead generation, qualification, and direct interaction with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Geographical Intimacy: Identify and build relationships with decision-makers in apartments, schools, offices, and places of worship within your assigned area.
- Lead Generation: Carry out lead generation activities, targeting congregation points with significant foot traffic.
- Community Engagement: Activate and engage with Community Health Officers to generate interest in our healthcare plans.
- Sales Activities: Conduct scheduled demos and follow-ups with prospects in collaboration with our Tele Sales Team.
- Daily Execution: Ensure daily execution of lead generation targets and maintain accurate records of activities and interactions using company platforms.
- Feedback Loop: Maintain a daily journal of observations, gaps, and ideas to enhance lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree with relevant experience in Pre-Sales/Sales; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Interest in Healthcare: A keen interest in healthcare and a passion for new business initiatives.
- Sales Acumen: Strong skills in sales and positioning ideas effectively.
- Creativity: Experience in identifying and targeting specific audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and analytical tools.
