Shift: Rotational Day Shift (between 9 AM to 9 PM) with one rotational week off

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in any domain.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.

Language Proficiency:

• English: Excellent
• Hindi: Above manageable

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.
• Provide effective customer support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on issues as necessary.
