About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires experience in engaging with stand-alone clinics and chemists, driving product availability, and establishing strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors in clinics and chemists/pharmacists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and the chemist network to generate consistent product demand.
  • Activate and manage the chemist channel, ensuring visibility and product availability at all distribution points.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to doctors and pharmacists.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies to market changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to support sales initiatives and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and performance data.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with experience working with clinics and chemists.
  • Proven ability to activate and manage the chemist channel for product distribution.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.
    • Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills.
    • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
