About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires experience in engaging with stand-alone clinics and chemists, driving product availability, and establishing strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors in clinics and chemists/pharmacists.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and the chemist network to generate consistent product demand.
- Activate and manage the chemist channel, ensuring visibility and product availability at all distribution points.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and meet assigned sales targets.
- Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to doctors and pharmacists.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies to market changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to support sales initiatives and ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and performance data.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with experience working with clinics and chemists.
- Proven ability to activate and manage the chemist channel for product distribution.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
