Role & Responsibilities:

• Draft and send legal notices for loan recovery.
• Conduct legal research on civil laws, Income Tax, GST.
• Collaborate with panel bank lawyers to launch new loan products & review documentation for Agricultural infrastructure loans.
• Assist in handling Income Tax & GST notices with our CA firm in Bangalore.
• Help draft and review legal documents.
• Assist in court proceedings and case preparations.

Qualifications:

• Education: LLB from a recognized university.
• Experience: Previous legal internships preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with civil laws, Income Tax, GST, and financial regulations.
• Skills: Strong research, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
