  • 4.8 LPA + Performance-based incentives

Job Type: Permanent

Shift: Day Shift with one week off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor base who will work on a commission-based model.
  • Provide training on products, business processes, and selling techniques continuously.
  • Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
  • Ensure advisors provide the right financial solutions to customers based on need analysis and adhere to required business processes and norms.
  • Achieve monthly business targets for generating new business and advisor recruitment.
  • Ensure selling through the team of advisors aligns with all business quality metrics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers to authenticate concerns raised and validate with authorities.
  • Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.
  • Resolve customer queries related to banking transactions, debit cards, and credit cards.

Language Proficiency:

  • English: Manageable
  • Local Language: Excellent

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in any field sales.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.

Age Criteria: Up to 31 years

Other Requirements:

  • Bike and License mandatory.
