Job Description: A R (Accounts Receivable) Caller

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented A R Callers to join our team. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and ensuring timely payments to healthcare providers. Candidates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to insurance companies to obtain the status of claims for outstanding balances on patient accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on A/R accounts.
• Understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Deliver high-quality results that meet client standards.
• Gain a brief understanding of the Medical Billing Cycle.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and resolve complex claims issues.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
• High energy, spontaneity, and a positive attitude toward work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare insurance processes (preferred).
• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate.
• Experience:
  • 1+ year: Salary 24,000/month
  • 2+ years: Salary up to 29,000/month
  • 3+ years: Salary up to 33,000/month
  • 4+ years: Salary up to 42,000/month

Work Environment

• Shift Timing: US shifts (6:00 PM 3:00 AM)
• Location: Bangalore
• Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday
• Cab Facility: 2-way free cab service provided.
