Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers, explaining our courses/events, and driving enrollments. This is a target-driven role that offers additional commissions for successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our courses/events.
  • Clearly explain the benefits and features of our offerings to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing enrollments.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Telugu and English.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
