Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to our customers, explaining our courses/events, and driving enrollments. This is a target-driven role that offers additional commissions for successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our courses/events.
- Clearly explain the benefits and features of our offerings to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing enrollments.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
- Fluent in Telugu and English.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
