Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of international voice experience required.

Job Summary: Join our team as a Customer Support Associate, where you will provide top-notch customer service to consumers via telephone, instant messaging, and email. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving basic support issues, and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate product support specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by phone, email, or instant messaging to consumers.
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, escalating technical product-related issues as needed.
- Process a high volume of inquiries related to FIS products and services, aiming to resolve a targeted percentage of these inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause, and utilize tools and resources effectively to resolve issues.
- Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to enhance overall knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer issues.
- Update customer information accurately and meet quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handling time.
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
