We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team based out of our office in Byfleet (KT14 7LF). This position is a 3 month, fixed term contract.

  • Monday to Friday 
  • 8am - 4pm
  • £14.40 per hour
  • Hybrid working (3 days remote per week).
  • Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Data Cleansing, Reporting and Data Manipulation
  • Design and email a questionnaire to collate missing employee information
  • Input responses into MS Excel 
  • Data entry of individual data responses onto HR system (Templa CMS)
  • Collating requested data for 3000 staff via line managers
  • Chasing requested data from staff and line managers
  • Validate and input responses accurately and efficiently
  • Cleanse database ensuring consistency and accuracy of data

Experience

  • IT literate, with demonstrable experience of working with systems including CMS/databases
  • Intermediate MS Excel (sort data/ filters, create reports, ability to sum information for analysis)
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
