Cleaning and Grounds Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a full time Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to cover two Social Housing contracts in the South London area.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8am - 4:30pm
• Tuesday and Thursday - 11am - 7:30pm
• 40 hours per week 
• £30,000 per year

Core Responsibilities

• To supervise and motivate cleaning and grounds maintenance operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
• To effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
• To represent the business and meet client representatives on sites

What are we looking for?

• UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
