We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a strong background in data analysis and talent acquisition. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies that support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

In this role, familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to analyze recruitment data is highly desirable. Your insights will help us optimize our hiring processes and attract top international talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top international talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions that resonate across different cultures.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to engage and attract candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and international recruitment agencies to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an international recruiter, preferably in [specific industry].
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 PKR
