Ads Specialist

 Job Description:

Were looking for a results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist who understands what it takes to drive qualified leads not just clicks. If you've run successful campaigns in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or related B2B industries, and know how to get decision-makers to take action, this is for you.

We don't need someone to just setup campaigns. We need someone with a plan, a strategy, and the ability to execute for results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead-gen campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Own the full ad funnel from targeting to retargeting with a performance-first mindset.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPL, CVR, ROAS) and make quick, data-backed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team on messaging, landing pages, and creative direction (you won't be writing copy, but you'll guide what converts).
  • Suggest and test new channels, tactics, or audiences to improve lead flow.
  • Stay updated on ad platform changes and competitive benchmarks within the AEC industry.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience running lead-focused ad campaigns, ideally in the AEC or B2B service space.
  • A proven track record of generating quality leads, not just traffic.
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms, campaign structure, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Yours strategic, independent, and know how to get the most out of a budget.
  • Comfortable working with creative/content teams to shape high-performing campaigns.
