Responsibilities:
- Area Management: Oversee and manage sales activities within the assigned area, ensuring coverage and achievement of sales targets.
- Target Breakdown: Distribute sales targets among the sales team and monitor daily performance.
- Territory Mapping: Develop and update area distribution maps and sales strategies.
- Visit Scheduling: Create and manage visit schedules for sales representatives to meet daily visit standards.
- Team Monitoring: Track and assess the performance and activities of the sales team.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to enhance sales performance and meet targets.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to sales representatives in acquiring and servicing customers.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving sales team issues and support problem-solving efforts.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, and annually).
- Customer & Payment Monitoring: Monitor sales and payment processes to ensure timely collections.
- Pricing & Promotion Compliance: Ensure adherence to pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Product Information: Disseminate information about new products to the sales team.
- Customer Retention: Enhance customer retention through effective follow-up and repeat orders.
- Outlet Management: Manage key outlets within the designated area.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Credit Control: Monitor and assist in resolving distributor credit issues.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor activities and report findings monthly.
- Sales Strategy: Propose and implement sales strategies to meet market demands.
- Event Planning: Organize promotional events to boost sales and market presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as sales in an FMCG or Beauty Company
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in sales target management and area coverage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
