Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating to launch new products including formulation development, product validation, raw material qualification, spec preparation, and halal/BPOM registration.
  • Coordinate with formulator (manufacturer) to develop new products.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and development, and stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas vendors, optimize formulations, and improve product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Food Technology/Science with at least 2 years of experience in developing health and beauty products.
  • Intermediate knowledge of technical functions, material science, regulatory, consumer insights, packaging, and processing.
  • Understanding of snack claims and Indonesian regulations related to FMCG products.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
