Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating sales strategies to achieve B2B sales target (Distributor).
- Maintain good relationship with Distributor.
- Create and propose promotion budgeting plan to support sales strategies.
- Evaluate effectiveness of promotion/activation towards the sales target.
- Create and manage sales budget for optimal resource allocation and maximize the ROI.
- Conduct analysis on the market to identify trends and opportunities to make data-driven and strong decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, sonsumer insights and competitor activity.
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service."
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any major
- 5-6+ years' relevant experience in sales
- Experience working in FMCG or Retail industry preferred
- Willing to work at Jakarta Office
