Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Create, schedule, and monitor monthly campaign deals across marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok, and others.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the Relationship Manager (RM) of each eCommerce platform to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
3. Content Optimization: Align and manage content on the shop's main page to enhance conversion rates and click-through rates (CTR).
4. Livestream Performance: Oversee and improve Livestream performance on each eCommerce platform.
5. Team Leadership: Lead the eCommerce team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Marketing, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or above from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce. Experience with platforms like TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads is a plus.
• Experience from FMCG companies or Beauty Companies is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Willingness to work in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat.
