Storekeeper cum Tool room

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper cum Tool Room to manage inventory and ensure smooth operations in the tool room. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain an efficient inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper labeling and organization of items.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as needed.
• Inspect tools and equipment for damage and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and tool room operations.
• Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure timely availability of tools and parts.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and tool usage.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
  • Previous experience in the automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Education:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
