Position: Branch Service Manager

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Service Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The Branch Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service department operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and managing the team of service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, customer service, and quality control.

- Ensure that all service processes and procedures are followed in accordance with company standards and policies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.

- Monitor and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Train and develop service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, including coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

- Manage inventory levels and ordering of parts and supplies for the service department.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to improve service department operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
