Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Team Leader to support the HR Director in overseeing HR operations and driving key HR initiatives.in this responsible for overseeing the HR operations and driving key strategic HR initiatives for the KSA region, ensuring alignment with the UAE internal policies and practices. This role will play a critical role in developing comprehensive job descriptions and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments, drafting HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with KSA labor laws, and managing the performance management and training development programs. Additionally, the HR Team Leader will oversee the recruitment and onboarding of senior-level positions, leveraging the Oracle HRIS system to streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Descriptions and KPIs: Collaborate with department heads to create and maintain comprehensive job descriptions for all roles. Develop meaningful and measurable KPIs for each department, aligning them with the organization's strategic objectives. Regularly review and update job descriptions and KPIs to ensure they remain relevant and effective. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with KSA labor laws and regulations. Ensure the alignment of HR policies and practices with the UAE internal guidelines and best practices. Communicate and train employees on HR policies to foster a culture of compliance and understanding. Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures, making adjustments as needed. Performance Management and Training: Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting effective performance reviews and feedback sessions. Identify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate relevant programs. Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Senior-Level Recruitment: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of senior-level positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with the organization's requirements. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for senior roles. Leverage the Oracle HRIS system to streamline the recruitment and onboarding workflow. HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and KSA labor regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in the Oracle HRIS system. Serve as the subject matter expert on KSA labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to the HR team. Monitor HR performance metrics and generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HR software, including Manatal or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for HR data interpretation.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
