Position :Fleet Services Manager New East Isuzu Company - KSA

Job Summary: The Fleet Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's fleet operations. This role requires extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance, repair, and fleet management best practices, as well as strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization, minimize downtime, and control costs
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the company's fleet of commercial vehicles
  • Coordinate with the Service department to ensure timely and high-quality repairs, leveraging Isuzu-specific expertise
  • Analyze fleet data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Manage a team of fleet technicians, service advisors, and support staff, providing direction, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with the Parts department to maintain optimal inventory levels and secure necessary parts and supplies
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of fleet operations
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on fleet performance and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards governing fleet operations
  • Foster strong relationships with Isuzu and other key suppliers to secure favorable terms and support
  • Continually research and implement new technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance fleet efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 15-17 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Isuzu commercial vehicles
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance, repair, and fleet management best practices
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing fleet operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to test drive vehicles as needed
