Position: Showroom Sales Consultant

NewEast Isuzu KSA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. As a leading automotive company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing top-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service.

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom and guiding them through the sales process. Your main goal will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience and finds the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing them with information about our vehicles and services

- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers

- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish trust and ensure customer satisfaction

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to provide a welcoming and professional environment for customers

- Follow up with customers after their visit to the showroom to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of automotive industry and Isuzu vehicles is a plus

- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
