Fleet Service Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer / Team Leader with extensive experience in the commercial vehicle industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on floor experience, preferably with Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso, and a proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians while ensuring top-notch service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians in performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles.
• Provide technical expertise to address and resolve complex vehicle issues.
• Conduct quality checks on completed services to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, including parts and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5-7 years of floor experience in commercial vehicle servicing.
  • Preferred experience with Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or training from Isuzu, Hino, or Fuso is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
