Job Description

  • Provide guidance and support for team members in Key Account Management and developing new strategic relationships.
  • Support and participate in sales engagements with key customers to strengthen relationships and position the company as a preferred partner.
  • Provide technical and product support, guiding customers through technology evaluation, application discussions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead complex commercial and technical negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes with customers.
  • Support the design and execution of marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and industry events.
  • Oversee cost estimation, value engineering, and customer proposals to demonstrate cost efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies across all operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Having a bachelors degree in technical major is an advantage.
  • Having at least 5 years working in a technical sales environment with people-leading experience.
  • Specialized in Food & Beverage/ Chemical / Pharma / Automation industries is an advantage.
