Our client is a global technology, defense, and engineering group with offices across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. We're looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our clients robotics, naval, and maritime sales efforts.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for robotics, naval, and maritime products and solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence and public security sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in robotics, naval, or maritime industries
- Strong understanding of robotics, automation, and unmanned systems technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and risk management
Nice to Have:
- Experience in defence and public security sectors
- Knowledge of naval and maritime industries
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Responsibilities Split:
- Sales and Business Development: 70%
- Technical Support and Product Management: 30%
