Our client is a global technology, defense, and engineering group with offices across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. We're looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our clients robotics, naval, and maritime sales efforts.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for robotics, naval, and maritime products and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defence and public security sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in robotics, naval, or maritime industries
  • Strong understanding of robotics, automation, and unmanned systems technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and risk management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in defence and public security sectors
  • Knowledge of naval and maritime industries
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
