SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Lead

We are hiring a SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead for a NASDAQ-listed Foreign Private Issuer filing 20-F under IFRS. This is a key role in the organization, responsible for owning external reporting deliverables and technical accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Foreign Private Issuers or Domestic Issuer [NASDAQ listed]. This includes ability to draft the F pages in the 20-F, MD&A section, non-GAAP reconciliations
• Strong IFRS technical writing skills
• Ability to write technical accounting memos, position papers, deal with the auditors, draft FS disclosures
• Experience in PCAOB controls

Detailed Scope:

• Own preparation and drafting of F-pages, MD&A and non-GAAP reconciliations for Form 20-F in compliance with SEC regulations
• Research and author technical accounting position papers on complex transactions including acquisitions
• Draft financial statement disclosures in accordance with IFRS
• Be the primary point of contact for external auditors - manage audit requests and defend accounting positions
• Support design and operation of PCAOB controls over financial reporting

Requirements:

• Qualified CPA / CA / ACCA with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of drafting 20-F [FPI] or 10-K [Domestic Issuer] for NASDAQ listed company
• Hands-on experience with IFRS technical memos and FS disclosures
• Experience managing external audit process
