Were looking for a senior sales leader to build and scale our clients IT‑solutions business in Jakarta. Youll own the full sales cycle for a portfolio that includes hardware, software, cloud services and managed IT solutions. The role blends strategic planning, team leadership and deep client relationships to hit and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Jakarta‑specific sales strategy that aligns with corporate growth goals .
- Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team; set quotas, coach reps and drive a culture of accountability .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across verticals such as banking, manufacturing, retail and government .
- Build and maintain C‑level relationships, turning prospects into long‑term accounts and driving repeat business .
- Work with marketing, product and delivery teams to translate customer needs into viable solutions and ensure smooth handover .
- Own the pipeline, forecast revenue and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership .
- Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction .
- Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends and competitor activity .
Core Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus) .
- 10‑15 years of B2B sales leadership, preferably in IT Services only
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding multi‑million‑dollar revenue targets in a competitive market .
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing large, complex contracts .
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders .
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools .
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable traveling within Indonesia and the region
