Business Development Lead Tokenized Finance | Global Layer-1 Platform

A leading institutional-grade blockchain platform is scaling its presence in tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and on-chain capital markets. They are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive their global tokenization strategy, deepen institutional engagement, and convert partnerships into measurable adoption across financial markets.

This is a front-facing, high-impact role for a deal-maker with credibility in finance, fluent in both the language of capital markets and the mechanics of digital assets. Youll shape how traditional assets transition on-chain influencing how institutional liquidity, yield, and ownership evolve across DeFi and regulated environments.

What Youll Do

  • Originate and close partnerships with asset managers, tokenization providers, and custodians across key jurisdictions (U.S., UK, EU, UAE).
  • Engage institutional investors, family offices, and fintech platforms to expand on-chain yield and tokenized asset adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal product, compliance, and DeFi teams to ensure integrations meet institutional standards (KYC, AML, identity frameworks).
  • Represent the platform at industry conferences and investor events, positioning it as a trusted enabler of tokenized finance.
  • Design and support liquidity programs to enhance secondary-market activity and capital flow for tokenized instruments.

What Youll Bring

  • 10+ years experience in business development, investment management, structured products, or capital markets.
  • Proven record of closing high-value partnerships with financial institutions or digital-asset ventures.
  • Strong network across asset managers, tokenization providers, and institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of financial instruments and structured yield, plus working knowledge of DeFi and on-chain collateralization models.
  • Located in or connected to a major global hub New York, London, Dubai, or Singapore preferred.

Ideal Background

  • Experience with digital securities or tokenization platforms.
  • Familiarity with cross-chain and compliance infrastructure.
  • Prior roles in institutional sales, structured finance, or venture partnerships within fintech or digital assets.
