Our client is a fast-growing AI-native Educational Platform services backed by board members and founding team leaders from top global tech companies. with 15M+ monthly views, USD 1M+ booked revenue, and a high-velocity content engine, they are looking for the next leader to lead the Marketing Strategy & Funnel Management of the company.
What We Are Looking For
1. Content-Centric, Creator-Level Marketer (Vietnamese)

Able to build and execute content maps end-to-end.

Deep experience producing and scaling short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or comparable platforms.

Strong intuition for Vietnams attention culture and content pull factors.
2. Full-Funnel Performance Ownership

Proven capability to analyze and optimize the entire marketing funnel.

Comfortable interpreting dashboards, identifying bottlenecks, and turning signals into experiments.

End-to-end analytical capability: from data extraction insight generation execution.
3. Hands-On Operator, Not Just a Manager

Has personally run high-impact campaigns in a tech or consumer Internet environment.

Prior track record in performance marketing, user acquisition, and rapid A/B experimentation.

Not looking for traditional brand managers or SEO-heavy profiles.
4. Strong Tech, Startup & B2C Experience
Ideal profiles include:

Former Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or Senior Performance Marketer in a tech-driven company.

Experience with B2C, high-scale funnels, and fast iteration cycles.

Backgrounds from EdTech, e-commerce, short-form content platforms, or startups preferred.

Exposure to high-scale ecosystems like TikTok or Shopee is a plus.
5. Mentorship Ability

Can guide and elevate existing team members.

Lays foundational capability before future team expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Build and own Vietnams content strategy (formats, cadence, narrative, content map).

Lead full-funnel performance management and KPI ownership.
-
Analyze dashboards and data sources to deliver actionable improvements.

Run performance experiments; manage media allocation efficiently.

Develop structured KPI frameworks for the marketing function.
-
Collaborate closely with Product for data interpretation and prioritization.

Strengthen the creator and influencer ecosystem across platforms.
-
Mentor individuals as the function scales.
