Our Client is a global automation enterprise, operating in over 100 countries. They are now aggressively expanding their footprint in Southeast Asia.

Job Description

Manage and develop distributor networks in Vietnam & Malaysia.
Build and execute sales strategies for VFDs and automation solutions.
Conduct frequent customer visits across both Vietnam and Malaysia.
Work closely with technical and product teams.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend market strategies.

Candidates Profile
Having Technical Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, or related field is an advantage.
Experience in B2B sales within industrial automation or VFDs is an advantage.
Experience with distributor/channel management is preferred.
Comfortable with frequent regional travel (VN & MY)
Strong communication skills in English; Chinese speaking is a plus
Independent, results-driven, and strategic in market development
