SAP BTP Expert

Overview

A fast-growing international technology team is expanding its engineering capability in Vietnam and is looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to join its Ho Chi Minh City office. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to work at the intersection of cloud architecture, integration, and AI, enabling large-scale digital transformation for enterprise clients.

As an SAP BTP AI Expert, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and intelligent applications on SAP BTP. You will leverage advanced capabilities such as SAP AI Core, AI Foundation, and Business AI services, while driving innovation across integration, extension, and automation layers.

Main Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end SAP BTP solutions for complex transformation programs
• Architect cloud-native applications, extensions, and integrations with scalability and security in mind
• Lead migration strategies from SAP PO/PI to SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Develop AI-powered applications leveraging SAP Business AI capabilities
• Provide thought leadership on SAP BTP trends and best practices

Development & Implementation

• Build applications using CAP, RAP, Node.js, Java, or ABAP on SAP BTP
• Develop modern UI applications using SAP Fiori/UI5
• Implement SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors)
• Work with BTP services such as Kyma, Cloud Foundry, and Business Application Studio
• Design hybrid integration solutions using Edge Integration Cell (EIC)
• Develop AI-driven applications using SAP AI Core and AI Foundation

Integration, Security & AI Enablement

• Ensure secure integrations across SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) and third-party platforms
• Implement authentication and authorization (IAS, IPS, OAuth, SAML, JWT)
• Design API strategies and manage secure service exposure
• Build intelligent automation and AI/ML-driven business insights
• Optimize business processes using AI-enhanced capabilities

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high system performance and reliability

Main Requirements:

• SAP Certification in SAP BTP / Integration Suite / Extension Suite preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development and architecture
• Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite and SAP PO/PI (with migration experience)
• Proven experience with SAP Edge Integration Cell (EIC) in hybrid landscapes
• Deep knowledge of CAP, RAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and cloud-native development
• Solid understanding of Kyma, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong experience with SAP AI Core, AI Foundation, and AI-powered automation
• Good grasp of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
