About the job Account Manager (Vietnam)
Our client is a multinational Martech solutions firm operating in over 5 countries, including Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
This role involves the development and execution of tailored social commerce strategies to meet clients' business needs and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in account management, social media marketing, and e-commerce, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and Management
Identify and prospect new potential clients, presenting the company's influence marketing solutions to secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their marketing needs and objectives.
Conduct in-depth client consultations to develop customized influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and campaign success.
2. Client and Stakeholder Communication
Act as a point of contact for routine client updates and requests.
Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Manage client expectations and address inquiries with professionalism.
3. Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed according to project plans.
Monitor project timelines and workflows, flagging potential delays or issues.
Prepare materials, reports, and updates for client meetings.
4. Reporting and Analysis
Compile data and updates from team members to support progress tracking.
Create concise, well-organized reports for client updates.
Provide clients with detailed campaign reports, including data analysis, insights, and ROI calculations to demonstrate the value of marketing efforts.
Present findings to clients in clear and concise presentations, proactively addressing any concerns and highlighting key successes.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in an Account Management role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, social commerce trends, and e-commerce.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing, with a solid understanding of campaign management, metrics, and best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
